It is unfair because people that doesn't work hard shouldn't receive the same awards as people who work hard because the people that work actually work hard to win/ receive awards. On the other hand those that don't work receive awards with even trying or working hard like the others, to me this is an unfair treatment. I think that those who don't work hard should not receive the same as those who does work hard.

Poem Reflection- Changes
What i can infer about this poem is that people back then disliked people with color. The word that best describes the poets feelings is sad, because there was a lot of racism. The main idea of this poem is to never give up and to keep on going.
I connect with this poem because to this day there is still racist people.

* 8th Grade State Math Test
I fell confident for the Math state test next month because i think that i am prepared. I have been preparing for the math test in school and out by doing homework and much more. Unfortunately i am not confident with Measurement conversions, i need a little more work on that.
I think it is important to come to school daily because for one day you miss you can be missing out on a lot. I also think it is important coming to school daily because you can understand the lesson more.

* "Transformations - Conclusion"
- I enjoyed this unit a lot because each type of transformation has different rules. A translation when u slide a figure to a different location. A dilation is when u change the figures size without changing its shape depending on the scale factor. A reflection is when you flip a figure over a line of symmetry. A rotation is when you turn an object around a center point. You can apply a reflection in real life when you look at yourself in the mirror. You can also apply a translation in real life by moving a ramp.
